Husqvarna Group's home appliance brands Bosch and Gardena have formed another Leading Brand Partnership that will provide one battery system for all appliances in the entire home up to from various Firms: Power for All Alliance. This battery system is based on Bosch Battery technology.
Bosch is rolling out the 18V “Home and Garden” battery platform to other manufacturers, marking an important milestone in its development.
“Our customers want strong, versatile and reliable batteries for applications around the home and garden. That is why Gardena has chosen Bosch to jointly form the Alliance Power for All,” said Pär Åström, president of Gardena.
Henk Becker, President Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH said: “We are extending our systems to other manufacturers and providing users with flexibility thanks to a unified standard. In the future, users will be able to use a single 18V battery to operate power tools, garden tools and home appliances from Bosch and Gardena, and other leading brands such as Emmaljunga, Gloria, Wagner and Rapid”
This saves users money, space and time when purchasing products from Alliance in the future. Incompatible batteries and chargers will be a thing of the past. The Alliance's overall goal is to provide users with a battery system that applies to multiple brands and wide range of applications in the home. In the future, businesses will come together to promote this new flexibility for the entire product in the “house of Alliance”.
The establishment of the Alliance is the beginning of a partnership with strong brands. In Vietnam, Bosch and Gardena are two very familiar brands with consumers. This cooperation will help Vietnamese people save money, time and space for themselves and their families.
