EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.

Exchange – Return is one of the policies to ensure the interests of customers when buying at Vision.
Customers CHECK the goods BEFORE PAYING: model, origin, material 👉 Not correct, not satisfied, Customer can return it to the shipping unit.

NO RETURNS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN PAYED.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Duration: 6 months

– 5 days after receiving the goods, the product has a manufacturer’s fault: Exchange is free of charge

– Products with defects caused by users or consumables: repairs are charged according to the company’s regulations
